In order to be able to offer you our app and the associated services, we process personal data on the basis of the following legal bases

Usage data
When an app is downloaded, required information is transmitted to the respective app store, in particular the user name, e-mail address, customer number at the app store and the individual device ID. We have no influence on this data processing. The operator of the respective app store is responsible for this. We only process the data required to download the app to your device.
When using an app, we process the following data to enable the usability of the functions provided and to ensure the security and stability of the app

– Date and time of the request
– Content of the request (specific page)
– Access status/HTTP status code
– Amount of data transferred in each case
– Operating system of the user

Cookies
No cookies are used within the app.
Data used by the APP of the connected Quadra Gateway and storage locations
The app uses data from the connected Quadra Gateway, which is listed below
– Metadata of the gateway (name, firmware version, remote URL, remote port)
– Metadata of the connected devices (name, ID, type of device)
– Metadata of the created rooms (name, ID, type of room)
– Content data of the connected devices (status, relation to a room)
– Content data of the created rooms (status, scenario)
All data is provided by the connected Quadra Gateway and all data is stored within the Quadra Gateway and on the internal memory of the user device.
Purposes of the processing of personal data
We process the aforementioned data for the operation of our app and for the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards our customers or the protection of our legitimate interests.
Recipients / forwarding of data
Data that you provide to us will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, your data will not be passed on to third parties for their advertising purposes.
